Who Is Lone Star Search and Rescue?

We are a K-9 Search and Rescue team dedicated to assisting law enforcement, fire departments and other agencies in their search for a missing person. We are also a ministry of The Cross Church in Wylie, Texas. Our services are completely FREE to the calling agency, victim or victim's family. We NEVER CHARGE for our services, ever. When called, we will deploy our highly trained and certified K-9, Flanker, Command and ATV teams to conduct the search. We also provide an OutReach team to provide comfort and aid to waiting family and friends.

Lone Star Search and Rescue will respond with an average timeline of 1 hour to most cities in North Texas. Please call us anytime, 24/7. Our services are completely FREE. We provide our own Command Post trailer equipped with electricity run by a generator and a backup generator. We have audio/visual capabilities, heating and air conditioning, a 6 seat UTV, ATVs, 2 Infrared Units and two, large capacity chain saws.

Mission Statement

We are a ministry of The Cross Church in Wylie. As a Christ centered, community-oriented K-9 Search and Rescue team, we are dedicated to assisting law enforcement and departments in their efforts to locate and save the lives of missing persons.
